CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ

Because each mobile testing lab is financially committed to one location daily and your body fat test appointment is reserved specifically for you, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in ADVANCEif you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule by phone or email 24 hours inADVANCEof your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of our retail price, which is currently $49.95 per person. Cancellations will be date and time stamped for documentation purposes. FitnessWave's cancellation criteria will be based on when your email was received on the computer and/or when your voice mail was recorded.

As precaution, it is always recommended for clients to date and document this information for their own record keeping purposes. Clients who contact FitnessWave 24 hours inADVANCEof their appointment time will receive a100% FULL REFUNDor they can opt to reschedule their body fat test appointment to another date and time. As a courtesy, pre-paid clients who contact FitnessWave within48 hoursof missing their scheduled appointment will be eligible to get tested in ourOrange Countybusiness office by appointment only. Clients whoare eligible for office testing must be tested within30 daysof their previously scheduled body fat test appointment. Thereafter no extensions will be granted.

Clients who already have current pre-paid dunk deals or gift certificates need to call our business office in order to schedule an appointment online.

FitnessWave reserves the right to cancel and/or change testing times and locations at any time for any reason. If testing times or locationsare changed by FitnessWave, clients will be notified by email and a full refund will be granted.

Please Note: FitnessWave's clientele is generally 18 years of age or older. If someone under the legal age of 18 would like to have their body fat tested they must have the permission of and be accompanied by their legal guardian. No Exceptions!
